ICEC was proud to partner with Axiom Workplaces to deliver the electrical scope for Eftsure’s reimagined office space. This project required significant modifications to the existing layout to meet the client’s vision. Our work involved implementing a range of architectural and workstation lighting solutions, as well as reconfiguring electrical systems to accommodate newly positioned workstations and the addition of 18 single-person quiet rooms.
In close collaboration with Axiom Workplaces, we integrated the existing utilities and services into the updated design. By repurposing lighting and electrical systems in alignment with the project’s sustainability objectives, we helped meet its ESG goals. This included a strategic focus on reusing components where possible to minimise waste and ensure energy efficiency.
A standout feature of the project was the installation of a KNX automated lighting system. This smart system allows users to control and customise lighting levels based on natural light and occupancy, enhancing energy optimisation and improving overall efficiency.
Another key aspect of the project was equipping the breakout space, boardrooms, and offices with advanced audiovisual and communication systems. Our team installed the necessary power, data cabling, and network infrastructure to support virtual meetings and group presentations, ensuring the space is fully equipped for modern business needs.
Ultimately, the electrical and communications systems we implemented played a crucial role in achieving both the functional and aesthetic goals of Eftsure’s newly designed office. The result is a space that not only enhances workplace productivity but also supports a visually cohesive environment with optimised access to power and data.
