ICEC was proud to partner with Axiom Workplaces to deliver the electrical and communications services for the revitalisation of Kingston Reid’s office, located in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. Our role was pivotal inlaying the foundation for a modern, technology-driven workplace through the installation of advanced electrical and lighting systems.
One of our key responsibilities was the installation of Panduit Cat6A F/UTP cabling throughout the office. This ensured Kingston Reid’s employees have access to a fast, reliable network capable of supporting high-speed connections for video conferencing, file sharing, and other essential communication needs.
To enhance energy efficiency and provide intelligent control over the office’s lighting, we implemented a Clipsal C-Bus lighting control system. This system allows lighting to be automatically adjusted based on occupancy, natural light, and the specific tasks being performed in different areas—from focus zones to collaborative spaces. The flexibility of this system was instrumental in creating an adaptable environment that meets the varied needs of Kingston Reid’s team.
In addition to functionality, the architectural lighting we installed was designed to elevate the aesthetic appeal of key areas, such as the reception and boardroom, enhancing the office’s overall ambiance. The strategic lighting in the breakout and collaboration spaces helped create adynamic environment where staff can engage, collaborate, or focus as needed.
Our electrical and communications work was essential in transforming Kingston Reid’s Sydney office into a technologically advanced, energy-efficient, and visually modern workplace.
